Post one of my full novels on here? I see a lot of poetry and short stories, but not much for novels or even chapters of novels. Help?

It would be a bad idea if you ever hope to publish it, but it may be okay if it's simply an experiment you want feedback on. I'd ask one of the mods first in case there's a length limit on posted works.

I was thinking a chapter at a time, but then I'd be flooding the forums so I feel kinda stuck.

You would get better feedback from a critiquing group. There are a number of them online.

I've seen postings labeled "chapters of novels" written by LitNutters in the General Writing thread. Yours truly has a multi-part fiction piece (the general length of a novella) in the Short Story Sharing forum. I'm not a moderator, so I'm not speaking ex cathedra, but I would guess posting consecutive chapters of a novel would be okay, as long as you put them in a single thread. (Chapters 2ff can be posted as "replies.") Just keep in mind that after a certain length of time you might not be able to edit earlier chaters.
I notice on the poetry and stories that no one ever replies. They'll have hundreds of views and no replies. That's what you can expect for the novel. Lots for reads and no feedback.

^The above is fairly accurate. Speaking for myself, I only tend to read short stories here if the opening catches my attention - and I only reply is (a) I'm in a certain mood and have spare time. (b) I feel like I can genuinely offer some good advice. (c) it's so bad and I am in a certain mood.
The trouble with a forum filled with (presumably) people obsessed with reading is we usually spend time reading - why read your stuff when there is so much better works out there to read. Of course, if your opening in intriguing enough, then it will get read.
So my advice:
Post the first part of the first chapter. Maybe 200 words or so. If it entices enough people, then continue (as was mentioned above, on the same thread)
