Re: this latest. How you ever managed to get the type to go where you wanted is mind-boggling--you've got to be a technical genius, along with your many other talents.
The blackflies, euphemistically dubbed "Mayflies," came out in full-force yesterday, a day early. They thrive in yours fooly's neck o' the woods. The worst thing about 'em is not just that they bite, but that their bites, unlike those of other insects, draw blood. If you're ever near the Berkshires, Adirondacks, Greens, Catskills, etc., slather yourself in repellent.
