The Heavens

I see the fairest sky of them all,
The softest clouds - they pass by.

The heavens - they open tonight,
Reveal a secret I do not know.

They rest still, a resplendent dream,
Glorify the one who lived to see

The darkness made out of nothing,
And a streaming light stretch across the sea.

They are, but you and me.
The blood inside, and the tears

That awaken us till we find
Who it is we really are.

The revelation with the divine,
Abided thru steel hearts.

The beginning of time
We gazed from blinded eyes

Gasping to far way galaxy's;
As dots of light appeared

Wispy in some radiant heavens
Of a hand we do not see

Only feel the very presence.
