Her beauty is a kindness
to the air around her
and to those who rest their eyes
on her face. Her beauty
is a kind of grace
that comes from somewhere
deep inside her.
and that says: “God bless,
God bless, God bless the world!”

Seems she is doubly blessed with a beautiful appearance and a graceful soul. Lovely tribute. :)

Thank you - and this poem was for me an example of one of the side-effects of loving, which is the pleasure the lover gets in that feeling whether or not it is reciprocated. For several days until Sophie returned to the Cafe, I recited that poem over and over to myself until I had the pleasure of reciting it to her quiet, very attentive face.

The poem is lovely, Prince. Actually, your response to Aliengirl is nearly as pretty. It's really good to see you around.

Yes. I'm more pleased to see you posting than anything else!

It's truly touching, both the poem and the subsequent post, like qimi said before. It's evocative of bitter past events, recent and not so recent, but it's just fine; one is not supposed to really forget. High five!

How lucky for both of you! I've to admit that my perception of love has changed over the last year and you do play some role in it. Thank you for being my friend. :)
