I was wondering could they ever be secret balloting during election time in order to redress the balance or tip it according to which direction the wind wants it to blow.
In other words whilst citizens vote others do it secretely and then it gets counted as and with.
For example there is a hang parliament and that is what I call the glitch the upper hand that tips off and tilt it whenever politics requires it.
Another word for it could be called stamping meaning when the votes are recollected they get stamped or exempt.

There is this movie, The Campaign, where the election is rigged at the end by the voting machines: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1790886/

Unfortunately for those rigging the election their candidate, after winning, has as change of heart--but I don't want to spoil it for you. It's a comedy. That explains the change of heart. As far as those voting machines go, who knows?
