Soulja Boy feat. 2 Chainz, Lil Wayne, Willow Smith and Flava Flav
by Adolescent09

I arose to you
You? A rose of what hue?
cupid's arrow chipped between two,
my rose? a lust, grim carved,
When does a lioness forsake her cub?
When does the cub lose its pride?
Me? trenchant now, a child festering in womb,
you, a Stone Henge,
ripe clocks of a sun that long grew,
Smitten, the twang of heart's harp struck, you decried,
Apparently heart's harp was not ready to beat
But my heart is no harp that's for sure!
And blood is a ball that beats
no more.

Probably the best music of the 20th century. Choicest.

I am absolutely STUNNED I got a reply. Thank-you cafolini, and I agree... except I would replace Metallica with Megadeth ANYDAY.

Discounting the lyrics which might not all be agreeable to everyone and there are many bands in that regard, I'm talking about the music and its development independent of song. I think Metallica is all-encompassing and the others develop from it. Of course, in their own merit...
I should add that words like "trash" are misnomers of prejudice no yet overcome. There are some actual symphonies performed in just one instrument.

I liked the alliteration on "b" of the last two lines.
