Looking for Obscure Chekhov Story

Hi, I'm trying to find a Chekhov story about a happy baker who pisses in the bread on a whim and his life tumbles into ruin. Anybody familiar with it? I can't find it anywhere!

It's a great story and would be perfect for my class, I just can't find it. I'm sure I came across it in an anthology about decade ago, but can't remember which.

I'm not even going to mention what kind Google result, came about from that particular search. Chekhov certainly doesn't seem to be type of writer who deals with characters who urinate over food, as kinky as it sounds. I'm sure there are more appropriate Chekhov stories you could share with your class, some of which may even involve urinating.
