I chose to come and go with you
Since in this vast stretch of time and space
We fear seclusion

You turned up ugly and toned up callous
I chose my own and you your own

The world is round
Perchance we stood together again
You saw my shadow and dreaded

I am not my silhouette
I can form a thousand and one outlines
Not a million of them can blueprint my persona

I am different than the outer you can see
Something skin-deep and noises cannot define me

I am humane, supple, palatable
Touchable, feelable, thinkable
Not an idol and a heap of dry stones

I am whole nature
You can breathe me in and out
But you cannot contain me
Within a cell of your prejudice and philosophy

Good. You speak to the soul in this creation

This poem spoke to me of freedom and acceptance. Nicely expressed.

Buh, your words mean a lot to me and I do not know how to express my gratitude.
