The concept of a counter-Earth has been around for millenia, though it is now a thoroughly repudiated concept. What's most ridiculous about that 'article' (and I use the term lightly) is its description of Bush's press conference - as a piece of fiction, it's quite compelling.

I found the further link on that site about the Big Bang theory being wrong interesting: http://alienspaceshipidentified.com/the_big_bang_theory_proven_wrong_with_new_hubble_p hotos

Although in this case, it is easy to dismiss this pseudo-science for what it is, I ask myself, on what basis am I dismissing it? The reason I am dismissing it is because I have accepted some other "science" that disagrees with it. It this case it would be a NASA site where the date of the Big Bang is rather precisely determined.

The authority of the NASA site easily overrides the authority of the Alien Space Ship site, but what if both authorities were on more equal terms?

Speaking as someone who enjoys NASA's 'Astronomy Picture of the Day', I recognize quite a few of the pictures this loony is using - as far as I recall, none of them have anything in particular to do with the Big Bang.

It is easy to post a picture from NASA and then claim it is evidence of whatever.

What I wonder is how to differentiate science from pseudo-science. In this case, it is easy.

I recently participated in a thread where the Many Worlds Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics was discussed. The alternative is the Copenhagen Interpretation. I supported the CI and did not support the MWI, but on what grounds can anyone support either one? It all seems like one set of authorities pitted against another with rhetoric and logic trying to sway readers one way or the other to believe in this or believe in that.

Thanks for bringing attention to this.

Alter Earth is composed entirely of jet black lignite coal therefore all light is absorbed rendering the planet virtually invisible against the blackness of space. Think of it as a giant round charcoal briquette. Eisenhower was the first president, in fact the first human, to be made aware of Alter Earth (AE).
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to have had the opportunity to pass through Roswell New Mexico on a few occasions including stops at the International UFO Museum and Research Center (IUFOMRC).
It was during one of those visits I learned of Eisenhower’s meetings with aliens in 1954. No, this isn’t another one of Gilliatt’s Texas tall tales.

Read and/or hear it for yourself (click on the first video)…

Note the references to Obama and Churchill

It was during one of the three meetings that one of the aliens divulged the presence of AE to Eisenhower.

Other interesting topics listed here:

Now we may ask, why all the secrecy?

Beginning with Eisenhower’s administration, the succeeding administrations to date have kept this under wraps for obvious reasons; energy for the future!
The U. S. will be set for generations to come once we begin tapping into that carboniferous rock.

If we’ve known about AE since Eisenhower’s administration, why haven’t we started mining?

The primary reason is that we’re not quite at a point technologically and physiologically to inhabit another planet. Secondly, the U.S. is waiting until all sources of fossil fuels here on good ole mother Earth have been tapped out.

Bonus-
Another opportunity to share my alien autopsy photo!
This was taken during one of my visits to IUFOMRC at Roswell.
Enjoy
