I have just read some of the his ditties and do see what you mean but, while Cacian is truly incomparable, biggus is a bit like reading Barbara Cartland in verse. The interesting thing is that in both cases scansion doesn't appear to be a cause for concern.

I really like the piece I think it comes together beautifully under the last line.
