I would imagine a book without a title is as intriguing as the one with. A title entice and attract one without having read a book yet. It is a clever device in that sense but that does not mean a book without a title is not as interesting.

What is your favourite title of all time and what how do you normally devise a title?

I have many favourite titles, so your first question can't answered precisely with just one response.. So, on your second one, I can say that I don't like some titles that give away too much about the story that's hidden inside the book. I like those titles that give an un-clear view on the plot for example, ANGELS & DEMONS, The Accidental Billionaires, Digital Fortress, A Clockwork Orange, The Alchemist, The Hound Of Baskervilles, Lord of the Rings, and of course any day all Harry Potter titles. And, I also specially love my favourite author Chetan Bhagat's titles, such as, Five Point Some One, One Night @ the Call Center, 2 States etc. and Amish Tripati's Shiva Trilogy: Immortals Of Meluha(book 1)
