This weekend at the Luxembourg Christmas Bazar, we bought a, I think, 1909 edition of Dickens's Pickwick Papers for 10 EUR. Bound in red leather, with Jugendstil deco. Writing in gold. Published by the Walter Scott Publishing Company London and Newcastle upon Tyne. Fairly good condition, the edges are worn, though.
Anyone amongst you know how much this thing could be worth. I saw one such edition of David Copperfield today, being sold somewhere for £85, but that's not The Pickwick Papers, is it. Any ideas?
