While I mash my tongue
on the floor,
my motherboard brain screams,
Would you like some urine
to make it just a tad more creamier?
Nnnnonnnssssennsssse!
What is my name again?
How did I come to be nothing
but dribble on my own breast?

I hope things are going better or this is not about you. Your descriptions are well done.

oh no, Delta, another seizure... but it's not "only dribble on your breast", it's first and most poetry, good poetry, against the ill, winning life!

Oh well, everything is grist to the the mill...

Painful to read. If this is about you, Delta, I wish you well.

In my increasingly humble opinion, simply writing "Nonsense." would have a stronger impact. But this is an artful and powerful recount of a frightening experience loaded with unsettling images. Very well done.

Thanks for sharing.

Perhaps you're right but I felt like I was trying to ward something off as it took over and there wasn't much left of me when it was done. The aftermath is always so funny - as if wax strips have been applied to my memory and then ripped off. I've been laughing for the last two days!

customer: I'm going bankrupt
me: Oh my God that's sad (giggle)
customer: and my wife just left me
me: Gee you're life just isn't going well right now (lol) and we're about to garnishee your bank account!

Honestly, I don't do that but I'm feeling that way inside. Probably due to some natural ECT effect. Bear with me folks. I'll get over it soon enough

To me the "nonsense" felt like someone's brain spinning out of control, so I kind of liked it. While not at all the same thing, nor am I trying to make a comparison to your experience, Delta, but it also reminds me of the few times I've been r-e-a-l-l-l-l-y drunk. Which is one reason I make sure that doesn't happen anymore. :D

Hope your feeling all the way back to normal soon, Delta.

Sorry to hear about the seizure Delta, I hope you're okay now - apart from the fits of laughter, do they count? Yeah of course they do! Imagine the scenes of Soviet Russians lining up in the snow for hours to grab the last sausage, only to be told they'd just missed it. I don't think they went home laughing. Much funnier in retrospect though ;)

My toes are tingling at the thought...

Hi Delta. I too commiserate with you on your recent trial, but you've put it to good use. Only thing to watch out for is combining more with the -ier suffix. This is a definite no-no. "More creamy" or "creamier," never both together. Apart from that, a powerfully expressive piece.
