Hi,

I'm going to write an assignment about Kafka, with focus on Kafka's relationship to his father, through (psychoanalysis and biographical) analysis of "The Judgment" and "The Metamorphosis".

Do you have any recommendations to literature about this subject? (psychoanalysis of Kafka's writing, father-son relationship in his writing, or other stuff about these two works - or just other recommendations...)

I already have the letter to his father, Max Brod's biography, Ernst Pawel's biography, his diaries and Deleuze and Guattari's book (which is hard to understand - and maybe not so important for my work). I also have a pretty good book by the Danish author Villy Sorensen (I'm a Dane).

If you have any perspectives on Kafka's relationship with his father reflected in his litteretur, or any thoughs about Kafka and psychoanalysis, I would love to hear it!

Hope you can help.

Lasse
