View Full Version : Favorite Place To Read?

I enjoy going to my local Starbucks and reading until my brain says enough! I always order a double expresso for it helps me focus. I also listen to white noise or ambient music through headphones which essentially helps to cancel out environmental sounds. This is my reading routine.

How about you? Where do you normally enjoy reding your books?

I enjoy reading books in aeroplanes haha. It does actually it distracts me from flying.
I also readiing on the beach or in cafes or somewhere there is some kind of soothing music.
At bed time also but only for a short while. I like to keep it light before I go to bed.

I have a carrel in the uni library next to the window, but I often have to threaten undergrads to make them get out of it.

My bed, but the problem with that is that I always fall asleep while reading.

Reading anywhere is particularly enjoyable.
I really enjoy reading in the park. As long as no one else is around, it is quite a peaceful, serene place!

My best place would be on the ground near my bed ; doors locked, with a cup of tea and a blanket around me. (my room is cold:D )

A moving vehicle, going somewhere far. I just love the fact that every time I take off my eyes of the book I'm reading I see a different scenery :)
