I love Halloween! Just got my first trick or treaters. One girl is about 14. I love the teenagers! Why do people get annoyed when teenagers go trick or treating? They are only a few years out of childhood after all. Even big kids like candy. I love it when they stand there all gawky, holding out their bags, hehe.

I actually didn't dress up this year- just the kids. The adult party was more of a birthday party for a member of the church. We had such a lovely time sitting around and visiting. It was really nice. And yourself? I'll take it off the boards...

We had a lower than usual turnout this year, and I've got a bunch of candy left over. Does anyone know of any organizations local to or with a branch in Chicago that would take it as a donation?
