This is one of those times where Google or Wikipedia would be your best option.

Most Introductory textbooks exist to cover the majority of devices that are utilized in most poetry (metaphor, imagery, sound, etc.) and not as a compendium of styles and forms. For that, you'd probably be better helped with something like Lewis Turco's Book of Forms (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1611680352/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=&seller=), The Making of a Poem, (http://www.amazon.com/The-Making-Poem-Norton-Anthology/dp/0393321789/ref=pd_bxgy_b_text_y) or Princeton's Encyclopedia of Poetry and Poetics. (http://www.amazon.com/The-Princeton-Encyclopedia-Poetry-Poetics/dp/0691154910) For something a bit less comprehensive, you might try Fry's The Ode Less Traveled (http://www.amazon.com/The-Ode-Less-Travelled-Unlocking/dp/1592402488) as it covers a great variety of forms in a very accessible manner.
