What novels have sexually frustrated folks in them, or people who are tortured by lust ? Lolita, I know. What else ?

I don't know about frustrations and all that, but as far as long yearnings and eventual disenchantment, Of Human Bondage pops to mind.

Lemme think...
1984 comes to mind. The oppressive state policy on sexuality leaves much to be desired from the main character and so he is pretty sexually frustrated for a lot of the book. I don't know if it's the main theme of the book or anything, but it's something to start with I guess.

Gregor Samsa in The Metamorphosis by Kafka must be sexually frustrated. He's an young adult. He has a crappy job. He lives with his parents. He turns into a cockroach.
I'm sexually frustrated, but at least I'm more attractive than a cockroach. At least I think I am more attractive than a cockroach.
I know that The Metamorphosis is not a novel, but a long short story. I read it when I was Gregor Samsa's age, and I was at the time a sexually frustrated young man who lived with his parents. I guess I projected my situation onto Gregor. He ain't gettin' no pussy is what I was thinking, and neither was I .

Definitely The Collector (such an excellent book too). Also The Fermata by Nicholson Baker (also an excellent book!).

I think in the Catcher in the Rye, the main character is very sexually frustrated/confused.

I also thought of The Sin Also Rises and, tho not explicit, Hunger.
