Milton invented a charismatic and sympathetic character in Satan. His charasmatic nature is evident in his first discourse with the other devils in hell. Guise or Guile is reminisint of Hilter's way in dealing with the "Jewish Problem". Milton's use of the rhetoric is something that I am very interested in, does anyone have any input?
