Hello everyone,
I'm relatively new to poems and I need some assistance in looking for specific type of poem.
I am looking for a poem where the poems formal elements (punctuation, syntax, etc) structure or contribute to its meaning.
Basically how the poems formal elements contribute to the poems overall effect.
I don't know if I'm explaining this clearly so here an example of what I'm trying to say.

DEAR CYRUS, HE PUTS DOWN, DEAR CYRUS, yesterday while taking the, he puts down, air in the company of M. Charlus, your cousin, the Baron, that is, while taking a spin, he puts down, in the motorcar, which respects no mystery, to Thun, he puts down, to the town of T, and the children trailing the, he puts down, which respects no, and the children playing with smoke on a string, frozen smoke on a stick, your cousin the Baron, drew my attention, my attention, you understand, was drawn, there was a silver, and the children screaming, flying machine, in terror, he puts down, with pleasure, and in the eyes of the cousin, your Baron, who respects no, who is no, displayed like, longer, objects, tears, of price, remain your, humble servant, I

The above poem has short, choppy sentences with a lot of comma's for pauses and repetition of some words. In that sense, the poems formal elements (syntax, punctuation) helps convey a sense of disorder, confusion, perhaps shock. This contributes to the overall effect of the poem because, the plot is about how there's an accident or something bad has happened to the baron, and the person who is writing the letter is in shock or doesn't know how to clearly say what he needs to.

Basically, my question is, can anyone help me find another poem that has a lot of formal elements that contributes to its overall effect, like the poem above as an example?

I am new to poetry so I don't have much knowledge about what poet would have written poems with a lot of formal elements(punctuation, syntax, line breaks, repetition etc) that contributes to the overall meaning of the poem.
If anyone can give me some examples, or names of poem that I can look into, it would really be helpful.

Thank you in advance.

skating on the pond next the silver company's mills
where there was a funny fuzzy smell from the dump
whaleoil soap somebody said it was that they used in
cleaning the silver knives and spoons and forks putting
shine on them for sale there was shine on the ice early
black ice that rang like a sawblade just scratched white by
the first skaters I couldn't learn to skate and kept fall-
ing down look out for the muckers everybody said
bohunk and polak kids put stones in their snowballs write
dirty words up on walls do dirty things up alleys their
folks work in the mills

we clean young American Rover Boys handy with
tools Deerslayers played hockey Boy Scouts and cut figure
eights on the ice Achilles Ajax Agamemnon I couldn't
learn to skate and kept falling down

Well, e.e. Cummings or Gertrude Stein would be good examples of poets who are intensely interested in syntax and punctuation. Although, arguably all good poetry incorporates form into its meaning.

Something like "In Just" by Cummings or anything from Tender Buttons by Stein.
