Noticed my accidental double posting so thought I'd send more info and edit this one.
Have been a huge Dostoevsky fan for decades and only in recent few yrs have gotten into Tolstoy. But, my reading interests are pretty far-ranging.
Tolstoy and Dostoevsky are so interesting to compare, because they are coming from completely different backgrounds and experiences. And it really comes through, at least in English translations.
I suppose I will eventually be able to locate a thread that discusses just that, eventually.
