Uh, my only guess was Cats somehow, through some indirect relationship to T.S. Eliot, but the best I could come up with after some digging was that Faber published the collection, and Faber was based in Bloomsbury.

Edit: Also, apparently after some more digging both Keynes and Webber were King's/Queen's scholars.
