Clickers or Players

By the nature of the beast, you can read threads posted on this forum but not respond or comment if you choose. That’s fine. But consider sometime taking the opportunity to dip your toes in the water. There is nothing more unnerving than having twenty to one hundred people read your work and perhaps one person comments.

Is it fear, shyness or quite simply being polite and declining to respond because the piece submitted is not your cup of tea? There is no negative virtue in self-expression. Even if you respond to a thread by saying “Don’t give up the day job,” that’s ok as long as you explain why you think so.

So, come in all you clickers. The water is fine!

Best regards
M.

I'd slap someone for telling me not to quite my day job, seeing as how I don't have one. Bastards.

All kidding aside sometimes there just isn't anything to say.

Sorry Revolte. I should in retrospect have said " If you find my stories crap, say so."

Good luck on the job front. I never thought I would live to see so many people in the so called developed world willing to work but not being able to.

Well, I lost my old job when they got bought out by another company, then new company wanted drug tests and I had thc in my system so I said screw that and tried college again. Then I got in a car accident and lost my license, I should be able to get it back this month but I don't have insurance.

Plus, I don't live in a developed town. The biggest thing we have here is a walmart, and the actual biggest building has been empty for a few years now.
