Three of them brown and white
With wings perhaps or moving light
Like playing flowers they hung above
The ground from the wet green grove
One falls and rubs its head in dew
And sits still for the other two.
They nod in swift waves and stop
And walk a little, a little hop.
The brown bark filled in rain
To take a little dip they bend
And suddenly as a sudden joy
They swing on songs of winged voice
...............
