and which would you swap it with

diligence as opposed to sloth
hard work according to the bible is a virtue but then so is honesty.
I would personally swap diligence with vigilence because safety is paramount and is more worthy then sweating over a job you do not like.

Based on the Bhagavad Gita, I currently think of the number of vices as three: lust, fear and anger. No doubt these could be subdivided or expanded to get seven pigeonholes rather than three. The opposite of these would be virtues, however, I'm not sure what their heavenly opposites would be, perhaps words that mean not agitated with grief nor grasping for pleasure.
