I like to name my stories using adjectives to describe what I am going to attempt to write,it makes it easier for planning ahead.

By logic I should use excentric words to help me solidify or personify the character/personality of the story and so I am looking excentric words and ideas

what is or could be an excentric plot?
what are excentric words?
any suggestions is greatly appreciated!!

The first thing that comes to my mind when I think of an eccentric story is Don Quixote.

Is this a short story?

After having 2 little boys, and watching childrens shows and movies for the last 4 years, I see a lot of their programming to be eccentric. Even if you are not going for a children's theme, you may get some ideas from that. "Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium" is a good one for eccentric.

You're not kidding. Once time when I went to my neighbor's house, her three-or-four-year-old son was watching Teletubbies, and he had to explain to me what was going on. "This is about sharing." Once he told me that, I could kind of see it. I find it amazing that there are adults out there who are so attuned with how little kids' minds work that they can write something those kids can understand perfectly but other adults can't make heads or tails out of.
