Upperclassmen got their choices; not enough classes to go around. Was relegated to taking math/English/astronomy/sociology/chemistry/kinesiology classes before I got worn down. My bad for prolly choosing wrong university - should have gone to another, but CSUH (as it was called then) was close to home and work; San Jose State would have been a better choice. 10-years later got into computer and electronic science... 2-year degree (AASEE) through trade school (Heald, Santa Clara) to help with job change.

Bluebell's Blue- The article quite changed my interpretation. A spider often suggests the idea of a deadly sting, but here it suggests a possibility of a feminine ressurection though the tearfull tugging of the Bluebell. Your poems often remind me of the romantic German poets, by their choice of language and themes.
In older times the idea of the seemingly dead was very strong I think. I didn´t look it up in Wiki but I think that the origin of the Catholic Wake is that you have to be sure that someone is really dead before burial.
