I know the general rule today is to be an atheist. This belief in a no God; certainly not the one of the bible, will earn you praise from your peers and a few pats on the back. I differ. So I hope you respect me. If not, that's not my issue.

Thanks.

The Confession of His Glory

And what in this world do I look to gain?
I have lumped all my hopes in the Lord.
That he will see me when I am through
And deliver me from these struggles.
For to hang on is to remain
With hope all dashed in a world I disdain.
Therefore better it is that I depart
To live in righteousness and his glory.

Now Paul had similar conflicts
A man called by the Lord.
His conflicts were not with the Lord
But at the world at large.
For this world does not want the truth heard
And the devil is ready at the helm
To silence the believer
And anyone who walks with God as well.

But ye that walk in faith
Have the faith of the Lord.
And no better fate there is
Then to walk in the word of the Lord.
For his word is a steady ore
To navigate the rough sea's.
And the Lord is surely at the highest helm
Steering you to the heavenly.

Now we know many brothers, sisters, who went to sleep
Believing in the Lord.
What shall we say? They died in vain? Heaven forbid!
For the gospel was written as a light to man
And death itself cannot shed its light.
For the Lord was faithful to his own death,
Therefore, all of faith are delivered
From the shadow of it!

The comforter: the Holy Ghost, has made God known
He dwelt in the heart of the believer.
For God never leaves his to walk alone
He gathers them from the four corners.
Now let it be known
The Holy Ghost has spoken expressively these last days,
And he reveal the anti-Christ already here
And that one is being sharpened for war.

For who of the world can see the things of the Spirit?
But they that walk in the light already know the Spirit,
For the Spirit already walk with them
And they see a world in peril.
Yet what does the natural man see without the Spirit?
They walk in the heart of their own belly,
And out of them he is already risen
To take his place in front of the Lord.

Now know
The day of perdition is at hand.
The word of the Lord has spoken through the Spirit
That He's coming in judgement like a flaming sword.
But the world will see not
It is blind to the very end.
And when that day of the lord arrives
They will be caught with utter surprise.

So we wait the great hope like the saints did
Who went to die with the Lord, just as the Lord died for them.

Now by God's power does light come into the world
And the power therein is the invisible hand of God.
For this very thing is a mystery to the world
But it is the power of the Mighty God who made all things.
And so that we be drawn to him he gave his Son,
For God loved the world so he gave it free will.
This constitutes perfect love and this a mystery,
Not to the Spirit but to man.

For the profound wisdom of God is light
And this light is drawn upon from man to see.
Yet it is the very light of the Spirit that lights man,
That he may follow in it and not stumble in the dark.
For the dark is reserved for those who are foolish
And they follow their own heart and desires,
But their desires are vain and will pass away like flesh
And death itself will have no reward for them.

But they that hold in the faith will have many rewards,
And God is generous for he gave his Son to an unrepentant world,
That in order that some will hear and be saved
And snatched from the jaws of death, which has no reward.
Now we all need to take heed and not try to understand things with the mind,
For this very mind, the first transgression took place,
When Eve was convinced that God could not be trusted,
And that's when death entered the world through Satan.

For he is called the author of death
And no wonder, he has blinded the people with other doctrines.
Doctrines not of God, but doctrines to please man.
This is a mystery but not ye that walk in true faith
The faith in God through his Son Jesus.
Who came in the flesh that we may believe in him,
And walked with faith so that we may know
How to hold ourselves to the light of God.

Let us muse upon our great Savior Jesus Christ,
The exact imprint of God's glory in full.
With grace he offered himself to the gentile nations,
Having earlier spoken from the prophets of old.
But in the goodness of God's revelation to man
He has offered us a better estate.
One in which we had no prior petition to,
But now being duly ours, we proclaim the good news.

For in him lies the fullness of the deity,
The very glory of all heaven.
And within himself he suffered,
So that through his perfect sacrifice
He became a ransom for sin-
The great mediator between us and God.
That by the glorious power of faith
We are matched with the Holy Spirit of truth.

And what glory we are enlightened with.
In the line of David,
In the promise of Abraham
Of incorruptible seed.
Not only,
But the promise in the forgiveness of sins
That we can become the intended Adam
Able to follow in the footprint of God.

For let us seize the precious gift with joy,
For we too were once barren stewards in the deserts,
Walking among the accursed in the dark shadows;
Twigs without any root,
Unpleasing to the sight of the Lord.
But in us he found great mercy
And gave forth his precious blood,
So that we may be christened in his grace.

Hence, what a great savior we have!
The light of the morning star,
The wonder within a child's face,
The esoteric depth of true love.
All is held in and by him.
And no corruption is to be found;
For he is the glorious I Am,
Quickening even the dead with the sound of his voice.

From Hebrews:

For to which of the angels did He ever say,
“You are My Son,
Today I have begotten You”?
And again,
“I will be a Father to Him
And HE shall be a Son to ME”?

And when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says,
“And let all the angels of God worship Him.”

And of the angels He says,
“Who makes His angels winds,
And His ministers a flame of fire.”

But of the Son He says,
“Your Throne, O God, is forever and ever,
And the righteous scepter is the scepter of His kingdom.

“You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness;
Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You
With the oil of gladness above Your companions.”

And,
“You, Lord, In the beginning laid the foundation of the earth,
And the heavens are the works of Your hands;

They will perish, but You remain;
And they all will become old like a garment,

And like a mantle you will roll them up;
Like a garment they will also be changed.
But You are the same,
And Your years will not come to an end.”

But to which of the angels has He ever said,
“Sit at my right hand,
Until I make Your enemies
A footstool for Your feet”?
