Anyone know any good ones?
Spanish:
Chupe mantequilla de mi culo = suck butter from my anus.
Arabic:
Surmayye a'raasac = A shoe is on your head.
Elif air ab dinikh = A thousand penises in your religion.
Gaelic:
Go n-ithe an cat thu, is go n-ithe an diabhal an cat = May the cat eat you, and may the devil then eat the cat.
Bulgarian:
Grozna si kato salata = You're as ugly as a salad.
Mandarin:
Nide muchin shr ega da wukwei = Your mother is a big turtle.
Armenian:
Glirit mortin hed sarma shinem = I'll make sarma (basically, egg rolls) with your penis' skin.
Eshoon noor oodel chi vayeler = It's not pretty watching a jackass try to eat a pomegranate.
Serbian:
Da bog da trazio detzoo Gaygerovim broyachem = May God give you to search for your children with a Geiger counter (yikes).
Da bog da ti kuca bila na CNN-U = May your house be live on CNN.
Da bi te majka prepoznala u bureku = Let your mother recognize you in a meat pie.
Da Bog da ti zena rodila stonogu pa ceo zivot radio za cipele = May your wife give birth to a centipede so you have to work for shoes all your life (my favorite).

BEST. THREAD. IDEA. EVER.
Damn, those Serbs are vicious. I like the Spanish one best, though. I think I saw that done on the internets once.
I think I only know the Spanish word for "whore"--punta, I think it is.

It's Puta, and it's a double whammy if you call a dude one because it's a feminine noun.
(works in Portuguese too)

:) Oh, I think the mandarin one is, in pinyin:
Ni muqin shi yi ge da wugui.
The male equivalent to the one you've put here is calling a man a 'Wang Ba Dan', which, although on the surface means 'spawn of a turtle', it actually really means someone is a 'bastard'.
Most of the really nasty ones in Chinese say that someone is sleeping with someone else's mother, or stating that someone's mother, or female relatives, are prostitutes.
For more amusing ones, there used to be an insult: 'ni zhe ge san ba liu' 'You 386!' which referred to the 386 PC processor speed and meant someone was slow and out of date. I'm not sure if it is used now. Many insults in common use in Mandarin are calling people slow, stupid, deaf or blind. Not PC (politically correct here), but they are insults.
I'll check my slang dictionary at home and look for a few amusing ones.

Tu praeter omnes une de capillatis. - Of all the long-haired twits, you are the shaggiest.
Certo scio, occisam saepe sapere plus multo suem. - I'm quite sure that a stuck pig is regularly more discerning than you.

For what it's worth, the worst words in Old Norse are argr, strođinn and sorđinn. Here's a (translated) passage from Grágás, the Icelandic 'Grey-goose' law codes dating from around the mid thirteenth century:
There are three words—should exchanges between people ever reach such dire limits—which all have full outlawry as the penalty; if a man calls another argr, strođinn or sorđinn. As they are to be prosecuted like other grievous crimes and, what is more, a man has the right to kill in retaliation for these three words. He has the right to kill in retaliation on their account over the same period as he has the right to kill on account of women, in both cases up the next General Assembly. The man who utters these words falls with forfeit immunity at the hands of anyone who accompanies the man about whom they were uttered to the place of their encounter.
The penalty of 'full outlawry' was, in essence, a death sentence: it was possible to kill a full outlaw without any legal repercussions, and it was illegal to give an outlaw any aid.
So what do these terms mean? Well, strođinn and sorđinn both mean that one has been, willingly or unwillingly, the recipient partner in anal sex. But the real deadly one is argr, which carries a complex set of meanings. To be argr can carry one or all of the following connatations: that you are homosexual, womanish, cowardly, perverted, sexually deviant, sluttish, morally ambiguous, a practioner of sorcery, and wretched beyond contempt.
Interestingly enough, there was no stigma attached to being the active participant in homosexual sex.
See, isn't learning fun?

German:
Deine Oma masturbiert im stehen! - Your grandma masturbates standing up! (although any sexual reference to MY grandma standing up or down would be insulting...)

I was searching for a Caribbean Patois saying that is not too vile - and could not find one. Here are the least vile.
Bumboclaat - used toilet paper (strange, but common, insult to call someone used toilet paper)
Battywash - equivalent to rimjob (I have torn emotions on whether I am offended by this one-depends on the context)

I can't believe the filter left this alone. It's even one of George Carlin's big seven.

You forget 骚逼(b), or just 骚。 you hear that one all over Beijing. Especially older women saying that about their neighbor's daughters.
Still, the language has a way of reflecting the gender discrimination within the culture in a more pronounced way than I would think elsewhere in the world. The actual insult and ability to insult people is more or less a male prerogative, as something like face is best reflected in women as the adherence to a patriarchal ideal.
Still, if you want to learn some insults, walk down the street with a Chinese girl. The people around you will teach you things beyond my creativity or knowledge.

I just know a few Spanish words which when I hear them my students always claim are not swear words. Once I let them play some music in the classroom and I kept hearing this phrase over and over: Ch**** de m*****; finally, suspicious, I asked what that word was and they sheepishly confessed. D'oh! No more music for them! :D

Yea, B#$wjobs and to a much smaller degree, rimjobs are not easy to negotiate in the broader band of the population.
Luckily, in this context, I am in a good position(so to speak;))

Foreign insults don't always translate well. I mean, If someone calls you a pig dog, don't you just want to laugh? I do. As for actually insulting a German I doubt if this would qualify, but it might upset him; try referring to his Mercedes as a Volkswagon... ;) I too have a multi-lingual insult dictionary kicking around somewhere, but I wasn't particularly convinced by some of the translations.
Of course there's that old perennial favourite:
"Votre mčre était un hamster et votre pčre sentait des baies de sureau."
Had hours of fun with that one :D
This is pretty good too... But as it came from a film I don't actually know if it's a genuine saying or just a hollywood scriptwriter's idea of one.
امك تزاوج مع عقرب
"Thy mother mated with a scorpion." Auda Abu Tayi to TE Lawrence, Lawrence of Arabia
I apologise in advance to any Arabic readers out there if this isn't right - Blame Google Translate - lol.

Although this might be the case in Beijing, it's not like this to my knowledge in Shanghai. I think Chinese people from other parts of China are more likely to get insulted in Shanghai than foreigners are. Which isn't a good thing either.

True True, but then again, my experiences from walking alone in Shanghai have been to annoying people trying to sell watches, to the same annoying people trying to sell women. When I walked with my Chinese friend there, I guess they assumed I had purchased already.:p
Still anywhere outside of the 4 major cities and the stares and slurs are disgusting to listen to. Not that they are aimed at me, but it is ironic since most of the time the girl I was traveling with spoke less Chinese than me, and had to have me translate what they were yelling at her.

It might be fun to create insults that sound foreign, or, like many foreign insults, may be fightin' words in a particular culture but leave everyone else wondering what the big deal is.
"Your poetry rhymes and is catchy." "Ooh!"

Okay I have been personally studying Hungarian a little (this language makes your head go round, and round and round but I would rather not talk about the difficulty of the language since it would be off-topic) and found some of the insults rather creative. Hungarians appear hot-headed and keen on insults (no personal offence meant :p)

Here are some Finnish ones:
If someone is stupid or crazy, you can say they are
hullu ku(in) pullosta tullu(t) (the letters in parentheses are often omitted in spoken language) "crazy as one who has come from a bottle"
or
tyhmä kuin saapas "as stupid as a boot"
or
ei oo kaikki muumit laaksossa "(he/she) doesn't have all the Moomins in the Valley"
If someone just doesn't get it, they are:
pihalla kuin lumiukko "in the yard like a snowman"
If you think someone is ugly, you can say she has a
naama kuin petolinnun perse "face like the a** of a bird of prey"
or that she's a
sotanorsu "war elephant"
or just
susiruma "wolf ugly"
If some has an ugly expression on their face or just look displeased all the time, you can say they have
naama norsunvitulla "face like an elephant's pu**y
If you want to insult a male in an old-fashioned way, you can say his:
hartiat on kuin ladonovet - ei yhtä leveät mutta yhtä lahot
"shoulders are like barn doors - not as broad, but just as rotten"
