This has a swirling, hallucinatory madness reminiscent of Saint-Seans' Dance Macabre! While it's certainly surreal, there is still a logic to the flow of images; impulses, trance, "worlds of high", epileptic, amp, etc. all relate to exaggerated states of cognitive experiences; glances, half-closed eyes, strobe, etc. relate to vision (or lack thereof); pulled, lulled, boune, dart, sway, and the dance all relate to movement. So there is an interesting mixture of cognitive, sensory, and kinetic experience here. Unlike your last poem, cogs, I do get the sense that there's a logic working here, even if it's a dream logic. Nicely done.
