I liked reading this book. I read in high school, and I have to read it now in college. I do think that it is a bit drawn out but I like all of the symbolism. I couldn't stand Dimsdale in the book. He was such a coward. Ohh... by the way I also like Ethen Frome:)... They are both "psychotic romances" because noone in their right ming should be wishing that the two lovebirds get together...<br>
