A Train Comes Through

The bustling of a train comes through,
The sparrows scatter,
But they been through
This drill before.

Little birds churn their heads
In all directions,
As not to look at me watching them;
But through the bluff of a train
A ghostly wind takes up residence.

My Poem My Love

"There's nowhere in the world that I would rather be
Than with you my love,
And there's nothing in the world that I would rather see
Than your smile my love.

"If the world around you falls apart my love
Then I'll still be, here,
And if the going gets hard along the way
Just you call, I'll hear!"

For the invisible and the majestic
The whole of the sky sings,
On our two hearts
With perfect symmetry;
And the heavenly light brings
God, angels, everything!

They shall remain with you and I
As a mountain of stars upon the cryptic sea;
With waves lulled by love, touching our toes
And all that will be.

For life has sealed our fate,
That you and me are true destiny.
And nothing will keep me away
From the name I call preciously.

"A Train Comes Through" is very nice. It doesn't try to do too much and as a result is elegant in its simplicity.

Thanks Aunt Shecky, the key phrase you brought rung a bell in my head
"It doesn't try to do too much".
Thank you
