I have just started watching the original Twilight Zone and find it's mini-stories funny and it always keeps me watching! I just wish Syfy would play it more often... :/

Does anyone else watch it and enjoy it? (I say enjoy it becuase some people may be forced to watch it when they are held into their chair by demon arms like Sigourney Weaver in the first ghostbusters...).

Funny?? I seem to recall that most were psychologically thrilling, if not freaky as hell.

I love it :) haha I guess some are pyschologically thrilling but i always end up luaghing... :D

While some episodes were funny, most are quite creepy and disturbing. Definitely one of the best TV shows ever made. I know the saying, "They don't make such-and-such like that anymore" is thrown around a lot, but in the Twilight Zone's case, it really is true. They do a three-day marathon on Syfy every Fourth of July--I always watch it.

Some of my favorite episodes (and I don't know the titles so I'll just describe them) are the one with the evil kid in the small town who can control anything with his mind, the one where a couple turns out to be the plaything of a little girl, the evil doll episode, the one where the woman wakes up to find herself the only pretty person in a planet filled with ugly people, and many, many others I can't think of.

It's on my list. It looks like Netflix just added it to streaming, and I think I'll start that after I finish watching Supernatural.
