The words, and their arrangement, stand for a common word or phrase. Example...LAMOTHERW = mother-in-law.

I find that the answers to these puzzles are often groan-worthy, but there are some clever ones. This one's not bad - as I have seen it before I will let someone else have a go, and see if I can remember any of them that I really liked.
