Sorry, but this isn't quite an idea, at least not a coherent one.

The format got messed up when I copy and pasted it. I'll try to explain it better.
The idea would be a bit Faulkneresque in the way that it switches perspective at random. The story itself would be told through multiple methods such as Letters, Dialogue, revisited stories, and flashbacks. There would be a few characters some of which have never met but have only communicated through letters.

Letters are a bit old fashioned in today's world, as are memoirs. When is the work set?

Still not an idea. It's great that you have a desired form or style, but you are working backwards in my opinion. Characters are the he heart of the story : who they are and their relation with one another will inform how the story is told. Right now it seems like you want to cram any characters/plot into your model. Not saying it won't work out, but it's more likely to be contrived.
