If a publishing house, did you get rejection letters? How many? Is it working out? How’s the overall experience?

If you’re self published, how is it going out there?

I’m somewhere in the middle of my first draft. Some questions just come to my head.

I have three publications out, in printed periodicals (along with electronic periodicals, but the latter are not that important in my view, at least in this country). I write fiction. In my experience you do not get rejection letters; you don't ever hear back from the house if they do not accept your work. But things may be more civilized where you are, hopefully :)

I've been published online in Horror Sleaze Trash, The Outsider Writers Collective, and the 22 Magazine. I also have a novella out now on Amazon (self-published).
I also just started a new blog. Its called Tyler On Your Couch Again (http://tyleronyourcouchagain.tumblr.com/). Im currently accepting submissions.
