i saw a blind man
when he walked through an isle
toward a child's pale face
in an early summer light.
he walked and walked
with his dark vision
as his tapestries got faded.
For obscurity of his vision
they spurrned him, loathed him
as their vision of mind was blind itself.
He believed in ultimate nothingness
but their achievement in dark silence was unimagined.
They hold on to their antique portraits
the paints grow intrique and subtle
as stronger grows their silence of solitude.
His vision will only be granted
when they would believe in the beauty of nothingness.
