'O thy grieved and painted silence of a soul too soon to go.
Succumb to the kiss of life’s' cycle, mottled tears I'll never show.
Hung suspended in a moment, time waning, clutching dear.
As death tears us apart though in distance we were so near.
The coldest silence set in motion by warmest stream.
Of bittersweet tears so surreal in this dream.
Atrophy, this dissonance as smiles taste bland.
No more warmth in the sunlight than safety in hand.
Soft, dark and wispy a phantasmagoria it fades.
As no love can seem to restore what time stole away.
I throw my arms to the sky.
In a lamentuous cry.
How could this glorious world, my reality sever?
May angels sing thee to thy rest.
On softest wings so pellucid, safest in best.
God take him home in shelter forever.
