She was a lot better than him
It was agreed by everyone who spoke about them
He was very lucky to have her
He had no idea what he had to deserve her

She was from a middle class family all the way to her ancestors
She was like Rose on the Titanic who needed out
She went the university route to make her parents proud
But she was searching for something to set her free, as one does

He was working class fresh from the season of bad boy down good
Clever and funny by nature, he wasn't a f@## up after all
He became a right entrepreneur collecting all bags full
Moving onto all better things

It was his wit which opened her lock
Her eyes opened to a world she'd never seen before
Everything she knew before became all so boring
But to have him, she had to accept a world from the lower stock

It was because she was good which made him want to choose her
Plus she was a good f@## which made a good girl perfect
But she was too nice. He missed his foul mouthed banter
But he accepted it because he knew he'd never get another chance like her

He was always worried because at anytime she could leave
Back to her sinking ship which in the first place made her leave
He didn't know if just having a big d@## would cut it for the long run
Everywhere he looked there was always another city boy Steve

It seemed she had the sixty percent in the relationship
But she was worried of him getting bored too
He could retreat back to his roots, back to someone harder
Proud of being too nice not being from their nature

They never knew if they were good enough for each other
Until they realised they had been with each other forever
They then knew they were
Accepting each other and the way things are
