Your Eyes
In your eyes I see
A multitude of light;
Pools of loveliness
Beyond which is known.
Like a stunning treasure shown,
Your eyes to me
Are a dazzle of light
That evokes angels to sigh.
In them I find
The deepest pools of black,
A mysterious depth of beauty
Within a symattery of stars.
Yet beyond this
Beyond even what is seen,
Your eyes are this great mystery
Hidden by the reach of time.
That dim deep
Where a dream never goes;
Your blazing eyes are indescribably
Too amazing to be.
