To me it reads like an adaptation of part of the Final Fantasy VII storyline as told by Douglas Adams. I like both of these things so that is certainly not a bad thing. I know its only a short story, but I would like to have known more about what the space ship looked like. I liked the humour of the story, especially the part about humans not notmally having antlers.
