An exellent novel about times past that are still relavent today, a great read.

I read it and I loved it. Its really a very good novel. On some places it is really difficult to read - as I found it a little boring and complicated on some places but I agree with you it was a great read.

Oh my goodness... I just saw the new movie of it (with Keira Knightly)... at first I was kind of dissapointed; but I left the movie theater with such an amazing feeling. For such a long book, I think they did a really good job of condensing it into less than 2 hours. I highly recommend it.... the book as well OF COURSE!!... they're both so funny and plus, so educating and eye-opening and like amanda says... still relevant today.

A must read!
