Just wondering how much sleep you guys get.
I have just been chatting about sleep patterns and a lot of people seem to go on two three days without sleep because they are up at all hours writing.

I don't believe I can go on for three days without sleeping but there certainly has been a lack of sleep for two days very, very occasionally.

My sleeping routine varies (if only I could do something about it it!) somewhat with one thing being in common I can never have too much of sleep. 7-8 hours is the maximum and the average should be 5-6 hours per day.

I don't sleep at night. I sleep from 12:30 in the afternoon until 9pm, then I get up and go to work at 11:30pm. I'm off at 7:30am and then I start all over.

I'm on some tablets atm which knock me out cold, so I take them as I get into bed and sleep for five or six hours at a stretch - trouble is, they give me bizarre dreams: I was going to Manchester on a train with my mother last night (my mother is no longer with us and never expressed a wish to visit Manchester, as far as I can remember); the night before, my farmer neighbour had shot a Siberian tiger, claiming it was worrying sheep... and you wouldn't believe the number of old boyfriends who have surfaced....:wink5:

Unless there is something really good on TV (there never is) or if I need to do something urgently, I always sleep between 2330 and 0730. Routine is they key to everything!
