Hello!
First offs, my name is Penguin, self-explanatory.
My favourite genres to read and write are metaphysical, fantasy, sci-fi and speculative. I wrote a short story in realistic fiction... obviously not one of my greatest achievements. This is actually one of the reasons why I wanted to make a new profile... this and the general lack of anonymity of my previous one. (Feel free to private message me and ask who I was. I might tell you; I might not)
I don't really have any favourite authors; ok, Haruki Murakami. But I like intricate plots OR very-well written prose; a mixture of both is heaven, basically.
Aside this kind of favouritism, I love French prose. I am fluent in it, and the flow is just or***mic.
I also do and read poetry. I love the epic genre, and I'm peculiar/ quaint like that. Divine Comedy is just heavenly. From this, we can conclude my love for religious imagery.
Finally, I'm very big with imagery and the quality of how it's written. I hate cliché actions and image. Then again, who only a certain author of vamp-fiction likes clichés.
