you play a game,
you try
and get
inside a trance,
you want
to grab
something,
a proof,
to make you feel
good
about it all,
you wish it
hard
to become the truth.

is it a trick you must undo?
is it a book with zillions looks
you must alter to fit your lust?
you flirt your words
against your rush,
your hopes slide
against your will,
your forcefullness weakens your trust,
symptoms of doubts
occur too soon,
something you planned against all odds
to make it fly as far as wand,
your timing has fallen to a nought
directions seem altered and flaud.

is it full circle or half a die?
is there a way for you at all?
questions remain but come and go,
do you measure up against it all?
or is it pointless
to begin?
