Sinclair Lewis's Main Street: did it have a subtitle?

I have the 1937 issue of Main Street published by the Limited Editions Club which is one of the best ever published. It was issued in a limited edition of 1500 copies and signed by the illustrator Grant Wood. Subsequent reprints by the Heritage Press and the Easton Press were made also. None of these have a subtitle. Copies of the LEC edition and of the reprints are available in the used book market with a Fine LEC edition signed by Grant Wood commanding about $700.

The signed Grant Wood edition has a forward written by Sinclair Lewis in which he makes no mention of any subtitile.
