OK I am reading 'William Faulkner The Sound of the Fury'.

I have readied first chapter. From what I understand it about three different stories but more the relationships between the characters then anything else. Benjamin as character just seem to want be with mother but I take to language used she it late stage of cancer. Benjamin is made to adult in body but child like state. It has moment of Faulkner imagination run riot as the Benjamin character with little bit of memory be slip in. Candace has character is five in age but is made to be older amongst her year as mother hening Benjy.

Also I notice obvious when Faulkner wrote this was not consider to racist but other hand it could be show to be. The treatment of the house servant as she show no mercy with the mother word but yet as faithful servant she does her best. Most children as nigger children (sorry for use the word) seem hatred or loath Benjy for have to be babysitting all time, at one point I think Candace show bit of bitterest toward him.
