O Lord..

I thank you..

Only You, my lovely mother and I alone knew.

Your thick secret would be mine, too.
You opened my eyes to see the world
in a such distinctive count.

For that I thank You, Lord..

Please accept my gratitude.
You lead me into the brightest journey
to uncover birth's mystery.

Here I am the servant who worships You
and still hopes I'll always be in Your guidance
On my right way home to

I can appreciate your faith and praise to God, but I'm not sure if this is a poem. Just because it's not written out on a continuous line like a sentence, even when there are stanzas, it's not real poetry. You need to go deeper into various poetic devices to create a meaningful poem. As cliche as "journey" is as a symbolism, that's a place to start.
