Today in Latin I ran across a Finite Verb and I was wondering what that was.

any verb conjugation that is not infinitive.
Laudare = inf. verb
Laudo/laudas/laudat/ladamus/laudatis/laudant = finite
As long as it has a person, tense, mood, it is finite. And the only verbs that don't have these are infinitives
