I believe that winston isn't really as cautious as he should be with the actions he has been taking. He has started to just act on an impulse instead of really thinking about the consequence. I think that this is because he might subconsciously want to get caught. Or he might want to find others who have the same opinions has him. Either way i think that sooner or later he will get caught.
